For online Registration, Read the Terms and Conditions and then Click on REGISTER Icon.

After logging in find add machines  option in the panel, there fill the required fields. This is the important step without adding machines you cannot  book a repair and request for AMC service. So, please complete this step before doing anything.

Click on Book repair from navigation bar. Complete all the 3 steps, your complaint is registered , SKP service will contact you soon.

After logging in find AMC service option in the panel. Read the instructions carefully, then click on the machine that you need AMC service for. SKP service will contact you soon.

Go to Track in navigation bar , there enter the tracking id that you got through email or whatsapp or you can find it in machine details also

You can change most of the information on your profile by clicking on to edit icon. However, you cannot change your Username, Date of Joining.


You cannot delete your profile yourself or send an email and we will do it for you.


If you have deleted your profile, you will have to create a new one. You will not be able to use the same user ID and e-mail ID as that gets occupied under your status and becomes inactive after deletion.


No. You should not share  your email id and password, unless if they are the employee of the company.


As soon as the payment completes. This process involves first raising the quotation then sending invoice then payment. You will get a mail of both quotation and invoice.

For Both AMC service and normal repairs charges will be considerd based on the machine condition and machine size
